Privacy & Security

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

At NanoLaunch, privacy is not a feature; it is an architectural foundation. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict data protection protocols and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks.

1. The Zero-Data Architecture

The vast majority of utilities hosted on the NanoLaunch platform operate on a strict Client-Side Execution model. This means:

  • No Server Processing: Your inputs (text, code, data) are processed locally by your browser's JavaScript engine.
  • No Payloads: We do not transmit your application data to our servers.
  • Complete Confidentiality: Even if we were compelled by law enforcement, we physically do not possess logs of the data you process through our tools.

2. Information We Do Collect

To operate our SaaS ecosystem and Launch platform efficiently, we collect minimal operational data:

  • Telemetry & Analytics: Anonymized pageviews and interaction events (using privacy-first, cookie-less analytics) to monitor infrastructure health.
  • Account Data: If you submit a tool or inquire about Enterprise Sales, we collect the necessary contact information (name, corporate email, company name).
  • Infrastructure Logs: Standard edge-router logs (IP addresses, user agents) retained temporarily for DDoS mitigation and security purposes, strictly isolated from tool execution.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or lease any telemetry or contact data. We may employ third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., CDN providers, edge compute networks) strictly for delivering the Service. All sub-processors are bound by stringent Data Protection Agreements (DPAs).

4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are a resident of the EEA or California, you possess absolute rights over your operational data (right to access, right to erasure, right to restriction). Since we hold zero execution data, these rights primarily apply to any communications or submissions you have explicitly sent to our sales or editorial teams.
